Bookings can be made by text, Email or phone and can be taken anytime up to 1 hour before you need me, recommended time is 1 week in advance to avoid disappointment. If you are a new client a meet and greet is essential for key exchange and establishing trust between dog walker, client and dog.
Cancellations can be made via text, email or phone call and must be done before 10am on the day of walk, after this time the slot can be charged at normal rate.
I am available anytime during the day if you need to speak to me or change anything, the best way of contact for clients is text or call during day, We can keep you updated via text at the end of each walk if required.
Payments are preferred via bank transfer, standing order, direct debit or instant one off payments at the end of each week. Cash can be left for collection at your home please label Good Dog Walking.
I may require a spare set of keys to your home and if so they are kept with me during the day of walk and then securely stored in a locked safe in my property when not required. Time will begin when I enter your property and end when i leave property.
If in the event of an accident during my care I will do everything I can to make sure your pet gets the right treatment and in a timely manner and keep you updated every step of the way, I have the right to make necessary decisions if unable to make contact with owner. Owner will be responsible for any vet fees, unless caused by admitted negligence by the dog walker.
